We are sure you are aware of the COVID-19 global situation. We have not been immune to it. As such we have suspended our telephone service for the time being and have asked customers to email us with queries. We are working through these now but due to the virus situation, we are working with a reduced staff and will be unable to respond to emails in a time that you would normally expect from us.

The Dive Centre & Retail Store Currently Closed

We have had no option but to close the shop to walk-in customers and to postpone all scuba diver training. We are working in line with government guidelines and are unsure when the retail store doors will be back open to you all. We will review this on a weekly basis, and where possible provide all our customers and students with updates through Facebook and email as often as we can. Students On Courses

At the present time, we are not canceling any courses. However, all courses are suspended until such time as we have access to dive sites and pools again – in line with Government Guidelines. We will contact students as soon as we have any visibility on timeframes to reschedule your course (or remaining elements of the course). This will vary from course to course. Rest assured you will get your diving certification.

Orders & Delivery Times

Orders are sometimes delayed due to supplier’s workload, couriers. If there is going to be a long-term issue with your order, we will contact you. If you are planning to place an order soon, we would suggest placing it before you need it urgently, allowing extra time for it to arrive. We are working hard with suppliers and our own stock to keep up with the demand for products. We appreciate your patience. We will get your order out just as soon as we can.

Please be patient with regards to delivery times - our team is working skeleton hours, however we are still regularly dealing with orders inbound and outbound. Distribution lines are also being affected at the moment due to a number of suppliers closing their UK offices for dispatch until further notice. Whilst we are in the hands of our suppliers and couriers, we will try our utmost to get your orders to you as quickly as we can.

UK & Overseas Orders

Several of our main suppliers are currently still delivering orders and have kindly offered our customers a drop-ship service direct from their warehouses to your front door. The aim of this is to improve the speed of your order due to potential courier delays. For our overseas customers, please contact us directly before ordering and we will update you on an order-by-order basis on how deliveries to your country are being affected by our couriers and the current situation.

Special Orders

Those of you who are awaiting special orders and back-ordered stock items, please bear with us. Rest assured we absolutely have not forgotten about your order; we are at the behest of certain suppliers and their stock levels. We are working hard to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
